College and Alumni Info

This section will help familiarize you with the college recruiting process. Though many larger soccer clubs insist that you must play for a high-profile club in order to play in college or be recruited, the reality is college coaches find players from many different clubs and programs.

Your work ethic to improve as a player, your desire to compete in college and your tenacity to contact coaches and find the right college and program will play the biggest roles in determining whether your soccer career continues once your high school and club playing days are over.

While our pages contain useful information and provides an overview of the college recruiting process, it is not a substitute for your own work in this area. Gather more information using the resources contained. Study the colleges as well, because no resource can tell you about every school. In short, this information is a beginning, not the end, of your search for opportunities in college.
