NKSC's Pre-Competitive Academy (PCA) is for soccer players ages 8-11 (U9-U12). The program targets the player development gap between recreational and competitive soccer by offering year-round programs for motivated players that desire the next level.

The PCA coaching staff will run twelve weekly training sessions with an additional session per week to begin mid-July. Players can choose to attend all, or as many trainings as they can. The PCA summer program culminates with PCA players participating in the Island Cup soccer tournament on Bainbridge Island in late August.
